Headstand Classes Benefit Students & Teachers
Headstand classes include stretching, breathing, and awareness exercises to help students reduce stress and anxiety. After a Headstand class, students are physically, mentally and emotionally better prepared to learn. (See Research Findings). Classes help students develop greater self-awareness and enable them to choose behaviors that support personal balance and academic achievement.
Headstand also provides teachers with stress reduction tools to support them during the workday. Teachers learn how to integrate Headstand yoga tools inside their classroom for more effective classroom management.
